Tests according to system standard DIN 24537-3
For the testing of construction elements made of glass-fibre reinforced plastics, the following tests are carried out in conjunction with the system standard DIN 24537-3.
Three-point bending test
Glass content determination (calcination)
Determination of the density
Classifications according to DIN EN 13706
For plastic profiles made of glass-fibre reinforced plastics, we carry out classifications in accordance with DIN EN 13706, for which the following tests are required:
Determination of the effective bending modulus in the three-point bending test on the original component according to Annex D, DIN EN 13706-2
Determination of the tensile modulus and testing of the tensile strength in the tensile test according to DIN EN ISO 527-4 (test direction axial and transverse)
Determination of the bolt load-bearing capacity according to Annex E, DIN EN 13706-2 (test direction axial and transverse)
Testing the bending strength in the three-point bending test according to DIN EN ISO 14125 (test direction axial and transverse)
Testing of the interlaminar shear strength in the three-point bending test according to DIN EN ISO 14130 (test direction axial)
Determination of the textile glass and mineral filler content (calcination method) according to DIN EN ISO 1172 as well as checking and documentation of the layer structure on one of the calcined samples.
Checking the conformity of the reaction resins used by FT-IR spectral analysis according to ASTM D 5576
